Sukumar Choudhuri, the Creative Editor of Khanan  and the  recipient of  ‘Ekhon Kabita’, ‘Mayamegh’, ‘Durer Kheya’, ‘Sahityasetu’ and many other prestigious awards of repute has been invited by Madhya Pradesh Bangla Academy to grace their Literary Festival  on 20th April 2008 at Jabalpur. 

The Literary festival will be inaugurated in the morn of 20th April 2008, Sunday  in the auditorium of Indian Medical Association of Jabalpur to commemorate the 15th years of publication of literary magazine Madhyama by Madhya Pradesh Bangla Academy.  Sukumar will recite his selected poems  during the proceedings of the literary festival throughout the day.
